Rules & Terms:

✅Projekti moraju biti dovršeni nakon prvog siječnja 2023. godine. Samo projekti koji su završeni nakon ovog datuma mogu sudjelovati na festivalu.
✅In order to submit a film, you must own the rights or have permission from the owner.
✅Any Foreign film that is not in English must have English subtitles.
✅All fees are non-refundable.

Prizes:

Festival has three main prizes, for first, second and third place. Besides those three awards we have one special mention, in rare cases two special mentiones, if jury decides to place them.

First award - Gold Hugo
Second award - Silver Hugo
Third award - Bronze Hugo
